I highly recommend Alco Roofing. The staff is very diligent and knowledgeable. I have a roof that needed a lot of repair and change of damaged wood and the manager made sure that all the termite damaged got replaced. The job was done in a few days and not a single problem afterwards. They left the area clean.

Everything start to finish was Amazing! Upon meeting Juvenal he was very personable and very informative. He provided us with options available and the work process. We received the quote in a timely manner with a very competitive price we decided to move forward with Alco roofing. Lead times were reasonable and we were excited to get the work done. When it was time for installation they showed up on time and stayed until it was late. The entire team is extremely hardworking and they definitely go the extra mile to ensure a great quality installation. Permits were pulled and inspections were smooth. We had no hiccups throughout the whole process and once the job was complete we were more than happy with the outcome. Alco roofing is hands down a family oriented hardworking company and it shows. I highly recommend them and will do so for future recommendations!

Alco Roofing did some repairs to my roof and I want to say they did an excellent job/ They were very professional and easy to work with. They always returned all of my calls in a timely fashion and their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them as I know I will use them again.

2 years ago they replaced the flat roof. Roof started leaking several days ago. He came promply and did a quick repair but did not have enough caulking. He said would be better to put a membrane over the 2 sides of the flat roof where it met the pitched roof. We made an appointment. I sent a text the day before to reconfirm. On the day of the appointment I sent a text and left 2 voice messages to see if he had an idea when he would arrive. Towards the end of the afternoon I called the office and a woman said she woul have him call me. Texts, voice messages, and phone calls all went unanswered. I waited all day for him. 3 days later I received a text telling me their truck broke down. A simple text or phone call was all that was needed. Totally unproffesional, and lack of courtesy.

I was called back by the owner, Juvenal, shortly after submitting my request for a quote. Carlos, the company representative, arrived on time early the following day to review the scope of work. I received a written estimate within hours. The estimate was in line with the others that I received. The job was completed to my satisfaction within 48 hours of my initial contact. Alco Roofing provided professional, courteous, and competent service. I highly recommend this company.

Alco Roofing did a fine job repairing the roof by removing broken tiles and placing new ones. They charge a fair price. Highly recommend their services.

Very polite, professional, gentlemen, well informed, I’d do it all over again

I hired Alco to perform a comprehensive repair on my roof, just to keep the Florida weather out of my house once and for all. I got an original quote that was more than reasonable, the guys showed up when they said, and fixed all the leaks THEY had identified. Easy peasy. And then we had the fall of 2020, as much rain as I've ever seen here in So Flo. And low and behold, we had another major leak. Which in retrospect is fortunate, since the walls inside were sill all open, so the dry wall did not need to be re-repaired. However, regardless of having a 100 day warrantee, I was informed that to fix this leak, it would cost me another XX dollars, or about half as much as the first job. Huh?? I was told that they fixed the leaks I had "pointed to," based in damage to the ceilings, and so they weren't responsible for any other leaks. Huh? I'm not a roof expert - that's why I hired a roof expert. BTW, he said, you really need to fix the gutters, that's a big part of the problem, and you need leaf guards too. We can do that for another extra $$. Wait, what? Again, first I'm hearing... from the expert. So, after a series of tense negotiations, I toss out a solution - I'll pay for the materials for the gutter guards, and they can do the work, plus the "new work" for $$, at which point, he informs me, No Problem, but of course we can't warrantee the gutter work then. Ok, fine, forget it, just do the work on the roof that you failed to do correctly last time. So they did, and it seems fine.... and them my water bill comes. My bill is more than double the month prior. What the heck? So the hubs goes out and checks, and the front spigot is running, and has been running since the roofers were here. If you live in So Flo, you know how expensive water is!! I text him. Sorry, none of my guys can remember if they used the front hose. Ok, so they either didn't check the work they had just completed, or forgot to turn off the water when they did. Either way, that is an unsatisfactory response. I even recommended these guys to a friend, and in their defense, she thought they we awesome. That will be my last reco of this company.

I think it went well overall. The original work stopped most of the rain from coming into the lanai, but we still had some seepage with the recent tropical storm (Eta). With that said, Alco returned shortly after the storm ended in our area (within 48 hours) to assess what else was needed to be done to keep it "air tight". Let's hope the fix worked. Very professional owner and staff.
