Ryan answered my request for a repair and we agreed on a day/time. I took off work. He continued to delay the time throughout the day and never showed up claiming he couldn’t get there before 6pm. We rescheduled to the following business day and again I took off work. He never showed, never called, never answered my texts. Stay away from this company.

As usual, Jim did an excellent job. Since he does not fix ductwork, he referred me to another company and did not even charge me a service call charge. Today he thoroughly inspected my system so it is ready for the summer season.

Jim's price was very reasonable, and he didn't try to sell me a larger unit than I needed. We've been very happy with the equipment's performance. Jim tried to help me out over the phone earlier in the afternoon, but I forgot to mention that the roofing crew had been here earlier. He would have helped me identify the problem and get it resolved over the phone if I'd thought to tell him that. I will definitely call him again when I need actual work done on my A/C or appliances.

I have been using AC by Jim for years. He's one of the most honest and reliable people I've dealt with here in South Florida. I've had other AC companies come to my office and try to charge me exorbitant fees, however Jim has never taking advantage of me or my business. I not only use Jim for my office but I use him for my private residence too. I've had people tell me that I need things in the past, when Jim first looked at my A/c he's told me that I don't.. don't be hustled by other complies use A/C BY JIM
