Called them about a month ago. The person answering the phone said they would be out the next day for a quote. Didn't show after waiting for them the entire day. Got a call from the owner a few days later and said he would be out the following day after 3PM. Didn't show up again. I called back again a left a message. About a week later got a call from the company and said they were out and had a quote ready and needed a fax number or e-mail address to send it to. I called a left an email address a day or so later. A week went by and still no response. Called again today and left a message.

Horribly.
It was extremely difficult to get a hold of and communicate with the owner.
He is very affable, but the business is extremely poorly run.
The project went over by 6 months. Months of no communication despite many calls. Lost documents and follow-ups.
Extremely frustrating.
I hate giving such a nice guy a horrible review, but this is no way to run a business.

I was very happy with AA Affordable Seawall Inc. My property is now level, safe, and I feel secure that the seawall will stay. I would refer people to AA Affordable Seawall Inc.
