He just comes to the house and leaves a bill. I have been using them for quite a few years.

I have birds in the house so they don't spray inside. They do spray the perimeter of home and yard. The yard is coming back from a prior provider killing the grass.

I had a great experience working with Camillo.  He came to the house and set traps and baits inside and outside the home.  He explained and showed me everything he was doing, and how it was going to help eliminate the problem.  He was very punctual when coming to check out the traps.  I thought he was diligent, and did a good job.

Showed up on time and completed work as required, walked through and explained finding and observations.

Very promp andt,knowledgeable; and willing to go the extra yard for me. Promised to reinspect and retreat the area again at no extra charge the following week to insure successful treatment of the new millipede problem that had developed.

Overall, everything was great.  Arrived on time, greeted me, and performed job in a timely manner, then departed.

Each person I encountered by phone were extremely courteous. Due to my busy schedule, they sent a certified termite inspector to my home at 7:15 am (before work).  This person named Kelvin Thompkins was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, had a big smile and was very friendly.  He took the time to ensure I understood the value proposition of all the services. Never pushing, simply educating - I was impressed to learn he's been with the company for over 10 years, along with many other employees.  This says a lot about how well the company is run, it's culture and the integrity of its leadership. It was easy to understand how Advantage has built a great reputation. Not only did I renew my termite treatment warranty contract but I'm now moving all my pest control services to Advantage to protect the large investment in my landscaping and keeping my interior pest free. I highly recommend this company for all pest control needs.

My dogs stayed for a few days at a boarding facility and were groomed and were given flea/tick treatments before they were returned to us, however, that did NOT stop the ticks!!! Over the course of a week or so, we noticed the ticks both on the animals and on interior walls.
Advantage called us the night before to confirm an authorized person would be at home for the inspection and treatment. The service technician showed up in his Advantage Pest vehicle exactly on time.  
The Advantage technician put on the protective footwear, performed an complete home inspection, even using a flshlight for dark areas of the rooms, observed ticks in several rooms and treated the carpets, nooks and crannies. He reviewed with us specific written instructions on the best methods to eliminate these pests and over the course of a few weeks, we completely eradicated the problem and they have never returned.
Being a careful homeowner, I always ask about the chemicals used and the safety for my pets and children. They showed where they attend ongoing certification programs on usage of chemicals and how they always use safe chemicals. They display the warning signs and keep to the proper standards by using the correct formulas and do not "water down" the applications. To me, there is nothing worse than having ants, cockroaches and other pests in your home, so we feel the cost to maintain this service is minimal. We are completely 100% satisfied with our ongoing pest and fertilizer service from Advantage Pest Related Services and would encourage anyone to use them. Like the old saying goes...you get what you pay for and with Advantage Pest, we get perfection. Thanks!!!!.

I have been using them for years, and they always do a good job.  I appreciate that they call ahead to let me know that they are coming and to see if I need any additional work done.

We have been using them for years, and they do a great job.  They are always responsive to any issues that we have, and their treatments are effective.

They are very professional, respond quickly to any issues, and they do great job.

Everything went well.  However, I chose not to renew the contract becuase I already had another provider doing monthly service.

We chose to discontinue service because they missed appointments, and their treatments were not effective.

I have been using them for years, and they have been doing a good job.  They always call ahead of their arrival, and their treatments have been effective as well.

We have been using them for nearly six years, and we have always been happy with their work.  They are very professional and polite, do exactly what we ask, and are reasonably priced.  Furthermore, they respond quickly to any issues we might be having.

Everything went well.  They did the work as promised, and I had no complaints.

They come every two months and they never fail. Their service works and keeps the bugs away. The price is reasonable and the quality is good.

They are excellent. I've used them for several years. I pay $34 every other month. I had the same operator so I didn't have strangers in my house. They call before they come. Their prices are excellent.
