Description of Work: Technican took apart sewing machine looking for the problem in hopes to be able to repair machine. After throrough evaluation the machine could not be repaired. Due to the lack of maintenance on my part the machine froze and could not be repaired. I discussed options with representative and ultimately I purchased a new machine. I believe in the product. I had my original machine for 16 years. The new machine came on the next day. The tech explained everything to me in detail that I need to know about the new sewing machine. I am very happy with the service and will do business with Ace again

 + -1 moreI stored the vacuum in a closet on the patio. During a storm, the closet got compromised and it absorbed water. They did a complete service clean and lube. Cleaned the nozzle and brushes.
