Accent Closets

For the most part it went well. Reema was always willing to go out of her way to ensure I could be accommodated with scheduling. She stayed well after the closing hours to finish designing my closets with me after she made an on-site evaluation. The closets are pricey, there's no doubt about it. But the quality of the work makes up for the price. The only thing I must complain about is that it took 2-3 weeks to complete the entire job; they squeezed me in to start the job and then I didn't see them until about 2 weeks later. A total of 6 different men came into my house to work on these cabinets and closets over the course of two weeks. The set of men who installed my laundry cabinets nicked my freshly painted walls several times and the paint job was very expensive and I'm still a little upset about that. Otherwise, it was a beautiful job.

The only issue I had was that they did not call to alert me that they were on the way (as requested) so when I arrived they just happened to be at the house. They arrived during the slated window, the installers were tidy, efficient, and quiet. I barely heard a noise from them to be honest, I appreciated that every tine they had to go outside they closed the front door behind tem I don't know why that stuck out in my mind. They installed everything in a minimal amount of time and I am happy with the quality and look of the cabinets.

Accent Closets and specifically Doug Bady were recommended by a friend nearly seven years ago. I in turn have recommended this company and salesman to others and they have been just as happy.
Our first contract was in early 2007 for a large Maser bedroom closet, two additional bedrooms and one home office closet (Appx $2900)
I called Doug back about a year later to create a library/desk/organization unit in a subsequent room - this is a real furniture piece in a an upgraded mahogany-look melamine (it was about $3200).
I am about to call the company again for another closet and a home office desk unit - my loyalty over the course of seven years proves how happy I have been with this company. The units had held up and we are very happy with the quality
Doug is professional, courteous, kind, and will not talk you into things you do not need. Estimates and follow-up are quick - usually takes a few weeks for them to construct your project, then installation is usually a coupe of hours. Installers left the area neat and clean both times.
Truly a pleasure doing business with this company.

Accent Closets was punctuational, professional and extremely courteous. They made sure each closet was done to our complete satisfaction. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The estimate went well. Doug is a very nice person and great to work with. Rheema is super as well. The price was very good for the amount of work we were having done and it was installed the same week. The installer came on time and cleaned up after he completed the job. I noticed one bar needed a bit more support after I hung my clothes. I called Rheema and she sent someone within a few days to repair the closet. Everything works great now.

I called Accent closets along with several other companies for estimates on redoing the above mentioned closets. I had a total of four companies come out. Rheema at the office was super responsive and sent out an email confirming our appointment. The sales rep from Accent showed up on time, prepared and was by far superior to the others. My home was in the middle of major work with no air conditioning (South Florida - 90 outside, 150 inside). Doug was a real trooper and went over every detail with me regarding all three closets even giving me suggestions for each closet. He was in my home for close to two hours taking measurements, putting together preliminary drawings and asking me tons of questions like how tall my husband is, our shoe sizes etc. Moreover, Doug provided solutions to issues that we were facing regarding spacing etc. He explained what his company was all about and by the end of our appointment I was almost certain I would be using their services without even knowing pricing yet. The next steps involved finalizing the drawings and tweaking some things in my husbands closet which was done quickly. As it turns out, their pricing was extremely competitive, almost surprising. Doug went out of his way to schedule my installation within a few weeks of our initial meeting and the installers showed up right on time. The installers were very professional and super nice. My job took two days to complete with my daughter's closet being most difficult because the walls are uneven (old house). They saw the job through and with the exception of a minor flub which they are promptly coming out to fix today, I must say that I am extremely impressed with this company and its' people. I have already recommended them to several people and would definitely use them again without hesitation if the need would arise.
