I had a horrible experience with them and I will never use them again. The owner refused to come back after I complained to him. There are shims showing in the counters and there is a big hole in there. He also did the cut out for the sink before I even bought the sink and that hole was too big. The counters were improperly installed. They didn't inform me of things until the last minute. They weren't on time on days and there were just several mistakes. I paid him half up front and he said pay the other half when the job was done if I was 100% satisfied and I was horrified, so didn't pay the other half and he has been harassing me with notes. They are very unprofessional and their quality of work is awful.

"Here at Absolute Marble & Granite we strive in our quality of craftmanship and persoanl customer service. William the President of the company works on every job from beginning to the end. This job was contracted on 9-13-2006 and installed on 9-22-2006. Job was PAID in Full on 10-4-2006. If there were any issues they were addressed immediately therefore final payment was made. This review was completed one year after installation and payment was complete and customer stated they did not make final payment . I personally appologize if this customer feels that they did not received professional service and quality countertops."

They were great. They have a wonderful office staff and crew. Owner, William, was very thorough. The installation and repairs were done very professionally.
