Called and spoke with Nicole. Was happy with everything including her demeanor. Only hiccup was that she couldn't get a price for added insurance and had to wait on a manager. I didn't have time to wait and manager ended up taking too long. Ended up moving forward with the order anyway. Paid a little extra to have the driver pickup our package and take it directly to destination without additional stops. This was priced a little higher than couple other quotes I'd received, but figured I'd pay extra for peace of mind. Everything seems to have turned out fine. Great job.
