A-Plus Window Treatments

This was the first time I had used Paul Flanagan of A-Plus Window Treatments. Mom was home when he came round, she is 88. She felt he was trustworthy and very nice. He was punctual and identified himself. According to my Mom, he did more than was expected. It was $50 for the service call and then whatever else for parts, and he didn't charge anything else for parts - it was just a string, but he could have. Mom described an A experience. I think the price was fair.

I was pleased to get a call back from Paul and he was able to make an appointment to come out to evaluate my needs. We did a walk around and he took notes on what was required. He gave me insights and recommendations as he went. He came up with the cost of the new blinds as well as the repairs that seemed very fair. Since we weren't sure of the color on one of the blinds Paul made arrangements to return when he had a sample, which is a good thing since the colors had changed since the old one was installed. Paul did his best to get replacement parts for my 20 year old blinds but despite his efforts he couldn't locate all of them. Paul completed the installation and repair/maintenance to our blinds so that they worked like new. I was pleased with his personal demeanor and professionalism. I'm glad that I used Paul and would happily use him again.

Smoothly

I called Mr. Paul Brangan of A Plus Windows who arrived on 05/10/2011, he took measurements for new windows. He agreed on price and shades were decided on 05/23/2011. Mr. Brangan installed them and I paid them.

Poorly. waste of money and time. had to hire another company to complete.

After scheduling an appointment, Paul arrived right on time, looked at the windows and said and quot;faux wood blindsand quot;. I wasn't sure, so we went through the options, studies the sample books and arrived at the conclusion he'd stated earlier.
After taking the measurements and writing the order, he said he'd call me in about 10 days when the blinds were ready and we'd schedule an installation.
Two days later, he called to tell me they were ready.
He came the next day to install them, took the old ones away at my request and left my windows looking very nice.

I could not ask for a better qualified person to perform the required work. He was easy to work with, and a no-nonsense person. He was fast, proficient, friendly and cleaned up after his work. If you hire some one else, you will have made a mistake.

They have very good service. They showed up on time, and were very pro-active in suggesting things about the upkeep on the blinds. The pricing was very fair.

Great!!! He is wonderful to work with. Honest, caring, experienced, and very good at what is does!

You can just tell when someone walks in that they are experienced and that they've been doing what they've been doing for a long time. I already had a good idea of what I wanted and the ordering process was quick. We went with all verticals for the entire house in various colors and textures and I thought the price was excellent. Paul said it would be about 10 days, but he called exactly a week later to say he was ready to install. He showed up on time for that process and did an excellent job. I can't say enough about Paul and his company - I highly recommend him!

Great experience with Paul. He took care of a small job in a timely matter, did great work, and I would definitely use him again in the future for any repairs or new window treatments.

Called on Friday, man came on Monday at exact time promised. Job well done at reasonable cost. Business is local, so would use again.

They were excellent. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. Their quote was exactly the same as what they charged. We counted the windows as they charged by window. Overall, it was a good experience.
