Rick Lopez, the owner, came to my home to see exactly where the cameras were to be placed and to discuss my specific requirements. He was very quick to give me the estimate which was extremely reasonable. He started the work 2 days later. Although programming the system took some time, Rick patiently work with tech support and got things done promptly. I am extremely happy with the work done The installation went extremely well. The workers were prompt and Rick the owner did quite a bit of the work himself. Everything was done timely and was cleaned up as if he was never here. All holes were patched neatly and everything was completely cleaned up to look just as it was when he started. I am extremely happy with the job and will recommend A Better Communications to all my friends!

A Better Communications, LLC was refered to me by another company that had worked on my tile. When I spoke to Richard Lopez, I originally wanted an estimated for security camera's around my yard. After speaking with Richard Lopez about the services that he offered and the vast amount of experience that he had with Audio Visual installations, among his amount of knowledge of Voice and Data. I decided to use them for additional services. He installed my Home Theater System in my home beautifully and without any delays. There was a time that he needed additional cabling he immediately contacted me and provided me with a status and handled the situation professionally and promptly. I am able to monitor my security camera's directly from my lap top and the home theater system works amazing. He also explained in detail how everything works. I would highly recommend working with this company. I have a business as well and I have him coming in this week for an estimate on my Voice/Data networking system upgrades.
