George found the location in my bathroom dead-on without having to make multiple cuts into my drywall. (I already knew the general location of the manifold in my kitchen island from a previous leak.) And because they had to re-route through my attic, they made sure to use a long piece of copper piping without putting in joints (as those are where you're most likely to get leaks). They cleaned up after themselves when done. Louis, who ran the piping through my attic, was very careful where he stepped so as to not cause damage to the ceiling and even did a quick visual inside the house to make sure he didn't see any signs of cracks. And they cleaned up after themselves - all the way down to nicely re-wrapping my hose on the holder outside. I found George and his guys to be very knowledgeable and personable. Being an engineer, I had a lot of questions and George was patient with me and took time to answer/explain.
Note that they have an A+ rating with 0 complaints with the BBB - that's how I found them in the first place. I've had leak repairs done by two other companies and considering the amount of work done, I found the price to be very reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.
We have not had any leaking at all in the several months since this repair.
