3 N 1 arrived promptly, assessed what needed to be done, and gave us an estimate. We agreed to it, and they did the work very professionally. My master bath shower and bathroom floor look like new. (The tile floor is over 20 years old.) We were so pleased with the work that we called back to have the other bathroom floors and laundry room floor grout cleaned. Wow! What a difference.
