Very well. Did an extensive mattress search at all of the big stores and on-line. The mattress industry is such a scam because all of the stores have the same mattresses with different names so you can't do comparison shopping. I had heard the 1-800-mattres (leave off the last "s" for savings!) commercials but had never used them before. Chris was my sales rep and he spent a lot of time with me and my husband discussing our needs. He also deciphered the name of the mattress we liked so we could compare prices. The price we got was $500 less than a department store AND included delivery. When the bill was $100 higher than what I thought was quoted, Chris had our original conversation where the quote was given (they record the conversations), I was credited $100. I love my bed but if I didn't, they have a 30 day guarantee!
