Their customer service department is EXCEPTIONAL!  I encountered a problem while ordering online so sent an email to Customer Service late Saturday night.  I received a personal email within hours (and by that I mean, "We're so sorry you had trouble ordering...' and 'Please give your pet a belly rub for us'!)   They invited me to call or, if I wanted to continue with the online option, instructed me how to override the problem.  I opted to call and was connected immediately with a very friendly rep who finalized my order within minutes.  It was The Most Pleasant Telephone Interaction I've had with a company in quite some time.

They are fabulous. When you call, you speak with someone right away. They speak good English, and they ship quickly. They match prices with other vendors, if theirs isn’t lower. They include a milk bone for my dogs when they ship the pharmaceuticals. They are also very cordial on the phone.

We ve been very happy with their product. I usually go online and order. They have really good prices. They are more expensive through our vet. It s the same exact medicine. They have the name brand and they offer generic. It s never outdated and they guarantee it. They also have fast shipping.
