Initially, I went with Mr. Hernandez for my computer needs, because he was very responsive and attentive on the phone ( which was big in my book) and spent quite a bit of time with me as far as a diagnosis of the problem. The turn around time, I found was more than reasonable. Fixing my daughter's laptop ( which was highly infected) the week of Christmas and retrieving her photos was a wonderful surprise and gift for her and truly made her Holiday.
