Water had been draining slowly from the drains in the house.
We dug out the septic tank and determined that it was full to the top, and had to be pumped out. It had only been 18 mo. since it was last pumped out.
We called Turner's, and they came and got it pumped out the next day. And told us that the tank wasn't emptying because the drain field had failed..
A few days later we called to arrange to get the drain field replaced. Everything went real well. They did the measurement, and applied for the permits promptly. All work passed county inspections with no issue. Job was completed on a Saturday.
Job was completed for exactly the original quote. No up-charges for unexpected issues, or weekend overtime.
And he even noticed how bad some of the ruts were in our sand driveway, and used his equipment to flatten them some while he was there.
Everyone was friendly, and patient, and clearly knew their business.
It was a pleasure doing business with them.
