James did an excellent job. He was a joy to work with He went the extra mile for us we are very very pleased.

Excellent. James was a professional who knew what he was doing. His price was fair and the job was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time. One visit to prep, one to pour, and one to finish/remove frames. James was also very polite and thoughtful. He sloped it correctly and put drain tubes in as requested. He even spend extra time making wavy patterns in the step so it is not slippery.

He was wonderful. He was prompt on coming to give an estimate. He was prompt on coming to do the job. He kept his work area very clean. I didn't have to any cleanup after he left. He was very well mannered. He just made my life easier. I had been trying for 9 weeks to get someone to come repair the sidewalk. He was willing to do the work. He was also the most reasonable and he did more than any of the other companies were going to do for a lot less money. His workers were very nice and they were very professional when they were there.

It was a joy working with James Allen Concrete.  Mr. Allen and his crew was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.  My Allen answered all my questions about the job and I felt comfortable with him working on my property.  You just can't let anyone work on your property.  I gotten several comments about the great job that was done. A couple of my neighbors that passed by when Mr. Allen and crew was working later told my how hard they worked and what care they put into the job. If you want someone who knows their stuff, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and not put off if you have any questions about the job then call James Allen Concrete.  They will make you feel comfortable about hiring them, then WOW! you with the results.  I give them my highest recommendation.

James showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He provided me with the estimate which was less than all others I had requested. I scheduled the framing and he and his team showed up on time and got right to work. They were very espectful as they worked and made sure not to block the road or neighbors drives. They worked quickly and double checked all measurements as they worked to set the framing. Each man had a job and performed it well as the poured the concrete. They leaned up as they worked and left no extra ?splatters? anywhere when they were done. The work done was beautiful, and I have not one complaint with the work performed or price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Their work went very good. They came on time. They were very fast and cleaned up after themselves.

All is well. Had to call and remind him after waiting several weeks for an appointment to setup an install date. It wasn't a problem as I was not in a rush.

James Allen was called to provide an estimate on a driveway repair. He came out to the house to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. James arrived on time for the estimate. Once approved we set a date to make the repairs. James and his helper were on time on 2/14/2014 to make the repairs. He was very professional and did an outstanding job.
I would recommend James Allen Concrete to anyone who needs concrete work done. He is a local company who takes pride in his work.

James is very professional. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is done. He did not leave a mess behind. His workers were very nice and professional as well. I have no problem with him and everybody. I like him to do more work for us by the end of the year. We will talk to him about it.

Allen gave us a quote, he was one of 4, his was mid price, showed up on time. Did an outstanding job on the pad. Neighbor watched how they were neat and caring.

Mr Allen came out to our home and agreed that he could keep our exisiting pad and simply add on to both sides. He quoted a price of $2100 and we set a date for the work to start.

On the agreed upon day, his team arrived on time and dug out and framed the new sections for our patio. Our yard is completely fenced in, so a special pump truck was needed to get the concrete poured. The truck arrived on the second day and the work was completed very quickly. Mr. Allen and his team were professional and courteous and always arrived on time and followed through with what they promised us.
In the end we added a 10x16 foot section on the left and a 25x16 foot section on the right of our existing slab and now have almost 800 feet of outdoor space. I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of service and quality of work. I would highly recommend this company

The project went very smoothly. They were prompt, courteous and did every thing we had agreed on prior to starting the job. Mr. Allen was paid in three progress payments. The first was when they started the job, then when concrete was ordered, and finally when the job was complete and the clean up had been performed. This is a great company!
