Your Computer Coach

This was not the first time that Mr. Gendusa came to my rescue. He took his time to explain clearly what I needed to know to keep my computer working and how to turn off the wireless modem as it could reboot and be secure.

Printer  not working and lost access to a server. All issues properly resolved and printer works and server restored.

We have not had any problems since Greg's visit.

This man is a pleasure to work with. Came to my house to work om my computor and did not leave till he was satisfied that everything was ok.

Service was excellent, quick complete and professional.  Showed me how to clear cookies, disks,  bad sections of memory, defragging,and gave me  schematic to perform the same. Schematic is in simple  English, not computer jargon, and contains simple hints. Excellent work on the providers part.  Cost is very reasonable. Performance is very fast and complete.  Definitely will recommend to others.

My computers were doing crazy things and the problems were solved. I found the computer coach very professional, knowledgeable, and competent.  I particularly appreciated his relaxed and friendly personality and ability to teach me a few valuable procedures that I could use in the future to prevent a similar problem.

I like that Greg comes to my home, with all my Apple technology available.  He has helped me tremendously, with many calls in the past, to help me optimize and better coordinate my technological resources.  He is professional, polite, and does all with good humor.  I have very little tech know-how, so he patiently instructs me as he is solving a problem.  I have had many problems.  Without Greg, I literally would not be using my computer.  There is no one else I'd want to help me solve my computer problems.
This last service call found Greg helping me upgrade my Apple system.  He also had the knowledge about the next steps that need to be taken to upgrade the system further and make it less vulnerable.
