The plumber that came out was nice. The toilet wasn’t truly clogged and didn’t need anything done. Plumber was at my home for a total of 5 minutes. He felt bad about charging me $75 and called the owner who said “too bad”. I agree that I should have paid for his time but $75 was ridiculous. AND the owner lives 2 doors down from me and his dog was running loose one day and I kept the dog all day and took it to the vet for a chip scan. Very rude of him to charge me that amount. I definitely would not recommend him to anyone, all he cares about is money.

The owner answered the phone on my first call, made plans to first assess the problem and provide an estimate, made plans for the repair, and arrived on time or notified me if he would be later.  All was fixed and haven't had a problem since.

The company owner and an assistant showed up exactly on time early in the morning just the next day after he called to tell me that the dishwasher had been received at the store.  The work proceeded very quickly and I could see that they made every effort to avoid damage, mess and water spills.  
The owner was very cheerful, friendly, answered all questions and volunteered helpful information about using the dishwasher.
