We hired them to remodel our master bathroom in May 2020. 3 crews and 4 months later they finished. Tiles uneven, grout cracked or missing, walls uneven, drywall screws visible and poor paint job. New bathroom tiled floor stained due to crew walking and throwing tools on it. Extremely poor quality of work. Not at all what was promised or what we paid for.

Overall excellent job.

I am not very happy with the service that I have received so far. I hope that they are able to get everything resolved!

Horrible. people did not show up when they were supposed to. They scratched the brown panels and touched then up with almost black spray paint. They did not originally put locks on the gate. the inspector told then to put a pad lock on the gate and they bore holes through the new panels and put a bicycle chain lock to secure the double gate doors. Still waiting to have them fixed. I call to complain and receptionist tells me it passed inspection so I have to pay them. No possible way to speak to Tony, he has been on vacation for a month and no one but the rude receptionist lady answers calls. Stay away from these people. See below what they consider quality work!

It was not so good.  They were supposed to have it done before thanksgiving and it wasn’t done until after Thanksgiving.  Now the bathroom is falling apart and all the grout is falling out of the wall.  Where they put the plaster around the countertop that sealant is not neat, it is messy.  When you first look at the bathroom, it looks nice but when you look at the details, it is bad.  They started around $4000 to $5000 and they started putting on extra money, and they didn’t stick to what the original price was.  Everything that I asked for in the beginning is what they quoted me on but they ended up charging me more.  What I didn’t like about the situation, I don’t know if this is usual because I don’t work with a lot of contractors but the guy that came out to sell it to us, didn’t have anything do with the bathroom because he hired somebody else for the job.  I don’t know why we paid him, we should have found someone else to do it and I don’t think he was even familiar with the people that did the work.
