The experience could not have been better.  Tara was dynamic, knowledgable, professional, responsive to our questions and needs and all around wonderful to deal with.  Tara was knowledgable regarding the areas we were looking in.  She was able to point us in a direction that best met our needs.  She found the perfect house for us.  She was very patient and took care of all of the details.  She is also a great negotiator and really looked out for us.

Tara was very proactive on knowing about each home we went into, and made sure that it would be a home we would be interested in .  She was very knowledgeable about hte area we were looking in as well.  She made herself available based on our whacky schedule (my husband works shift work), and before we would go out to look at homes she would provide us with a print out of each home, via email, as well as map out the order we were looking at them in so we did not wast time driving around in circles.  She was never late, and always extremly professional.  She also made sure that she was available to us through the entire closing process and guided us through the process of buying our first home.

She found out my needs such as locations, size, community. She sent me many houses to look at and took me to look at so many houses! She went with my budget and even found me one under my budget. She was very patient with my needs and did everything in a timely matter. She made sure to find the best house for me. She is professional and kind. She even helped with the listing broker, who was not easy to deal with.
