R&J Plumbing

I spoke with Charles, the owner, on Tuesday and described our plumbing project which involves completely re-routing our entire drain system. He told me that if I could wait until Thursday he would have his top field representative come to my house early in the day and they would call me Thursday morning with a time window. No one called on Thursday. I called and they said it would have to be Friday instead between 8 and 10 am. No one showed up and no one called. At 10 AM I called and they told me the rep was "tied up" and it would be a little while longer until he finished the job he was working on. Again no one showed up and no one called. At 3:30 I called and was told they don't have anyone available for the rest of the day. I asked to speak with Charles, the owner who I had first spoken with 3 days earlier. They said he was in a meeting. I asked for him to call me when he was finished with his meeting. He never called!! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE!!!
