Excellent, on time, did the job quickly

Plantation Cooling and Heating was easy to contact. The owner, Joe, answered my call and gave me a basic estimate over the phone. When I called back to hire them, I again spoke with Joe. He was available to come to my home that same day and gave my a written estimate for the service. He explained that it would be a few days to order the correct unit for installation. Joe called 2 days later and told me the unit was ready for install. They came out the next morning, as scheduled, and had the job completed before lunchtime. Joe and his staff were polite and professional. The bill for services was EXACTLY what they had quoted on the written estimate. They took care of the FPand L rebate and had all of the paperwork sent to my email before they were finished with the job. I will hire Plantation Cooling and Heating again.

My a/c simply stopped working. My neighbor recommended this company. The owner (Joe) arrived at the appointed time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot since he had the part on his truck. He has the reputation of being honest and I can attest that the charge to fix my a/c was so reasonable. This company is on my "A" list and I'll definitely call again for any a/c problems.

going to purchase a new Rheem unit from him and upgrade the old lennox unit which has started to fail. Joe very competant person and local service provider. Will continue to use him in the future

when i got estimates for complete a/c unit replacement in 2002, joe at plantation cooling was one of the estimates i received, and i ultimately went with that company. they did a great job, showed up when they said they would, finished the job, cleaned up and made sure everything was in working order. since that time, i call joe every year to come and get my unit ready for summer, he has checked the unit inside and out, made sure everything is in working order, and ready for the "heat". i have had two service calls for repair the last one in july of 2010, both of which required nominal repairs at a very reasonable cost. joe either answered the phone himself when i called, or if i had to leave a message he called back promptly, and was always able to come either that same day or first thing next day for the repairs; i usually make an appointment in advance for the routine maintenance calls. i have recommended this company to friends and neighbors who have all continued to use it after their initial service call, and they have thanked me for the referral many times. i would definitely recommend Plantation Cooling and Heating.

The times that I've called him, he's been pretty prompt in responding.

The jobs at my house have always been small ones. One time the only problem was cat hair on the coils (who knew??). Joe cleaned the mess and charged me a nominal fee. He certainly had an opportunity to upcharge, but he did not. He always responds immediately by phone, and arrives within 24 hours if not the same day.

THEY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY RESPONSIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE VERY HIGHLY THOUGHT OF IN THE COMMUNITY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY GOOD.
