Phil Sprinklers

Awful experience. This man claims to have ?over 50 years of experience,? but based on what I?ve seen, that?s hard to believe. He never finishes a job in one visit, always has to come back, and then conveniently charges more when he does. Customers should be very careful ? if you use him, demand the receipts for anything he says he ?has to buy? for the job. I?ve seen him not purchase the part at all, then install a used part from a previous job that he saved. It?s deceptive, unprofessional, and dishonest from start to finish. Do not trust him. His track record speaks for itself.

We supplied sprinkler pump with dual voltage switch. We thought they were installing the pump, but they told us the pump was crappy did not have the correct voltage to buy another one. Tried showing them the instructions for the switch and how to adjust to proper voltage. He kept arguing, insisting this was not going to work. Meanwhile, they had already removed the old pump, cut PVC piping & couplings & left everything on the ground a mess. Did not even try to adjust the switch. Owner kept complaining they had to leave, he did not have time. Extremely rude, screaming derogatory comments to his assistant. They broke the voltage switch & lost the nut to hook up the wires. Very unprofessional. The bill was double what he quoted. An exhibit of good customer service would be to offer the dissatisfied customer a refund. We hired a professional who saw the mess, checked pump, PVC pipes, couplings, got the supplies, fixed all & the broken switch; the pump works perfectly fine.

He do not stand behind his words he does not live up to what he tell you hes goin to do and he tells you all his problems which im sorry he has problems but I paid him for service and I expect them to do that service Even though hes had it when I were even i had problems i had to go to work and do my job, When he showed up he dropped a man who did into know anything that needed to be don and he brugo all the part he brought were used there was no brand new the sprinkle ahead whatever it is i don't know bu ive got it sitting right out there because the police ahead to be called but he took off before.

Phil is great. A veteran in the industry, this guy and his company know what they are doing. He came out and fixed my problem (which was extensive) swiftly, professionally and at a competitive/reasonable price. Very appreciative to Phil and his staff for their work. Would definitely recommend.

On time and on budget. He kept me abreast of his timeline and everything was done within two days of posting the project. He came out for estimate day of posting. Good guy. Good work. Fair price. Will use again.

Kired him to get my sprinklers working, Shows up late , 2 out of 3 times, after 850 in reparsand 80 ft of pipe purchased he did not need he tells me I need a new pump, another 800, Has to be his pump, Got curious Called another company for a quote, They came out and fixed one leak caused by someone cutting a pipe, (Phil was only one working on it,) he fixes that cut and a drip that obvious . WALA, System starts working perfect, He tightens and cleans all the stuff Phil took apart and no leaks either, If its not a sprinkler head, Dont waste your money , TO MANy OTHER GOOD SPRINKLER COMPANIES

He needs to be more professional, if he makes an appointment he needs to show up and if he is not going to make it he needs to call. He does not show up and he does not call.
