Neptune Pool Service and Repair

Worse ever, my pool look like a swamp, can not use the pool, contacted customer service, calls were never returned but always getting text messages, saying they will send some to fix the mess but guess what, the same guy, all he does is pour chemicals and walk around the pool, for 20 minutes, in his van for like 30 minutes. The pool was not usable for almost 5 months. Contacted another company, wow...in one day my pool was blue. The stairs is no longer rusty looking, the bottom of the pool is now clear, no chemicals sitting in the bottom of the pool. Total Pool Service, I recommend them...not this company

I am in complete SHOCK over this business... I bought the 2 month service and now I have to pay a professional company $300 to fix my pool because these guys left it looking like a swamp. Every week it got worse. The pool turned from slightly green after heavy rain to black. It's unusable and scary looking. Every week the service guy came I got some other excuse as to why the pool looks like this and that he will fix it. Customer service is a joke. It took weeks for them to call me back after I bought the groupon and every time I called to find out what's happening to my pool I got an excuse and promises that someone would come fix it... Well guess what it's all lies. I'm so disappointed in these people and their business ethic, it's a shame. The last 2 times the service guy came out I was watching him, he didn't even use a net to get the leaves out the pool, just poured a bunch of chemicals in the water and left. "Service" took 2 minutes. My pool is black like a swamp with little animals in it and foam bubbles on top after this so called pool service. This is a bunch of idiot kids pretending to have a pool service company, if you want to save yourself the headache don't hire these people. It's a SCAM!!!
