Richard was able to identify the leak from the gutters through the exterior walls into the under the stairs storage room. He sealed, insulated and later dry walled the room. He is professional, knowledgeable and competent. I will use him again in other projects.

Richard is very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is our General Maintenance Man for our 140 townhome community . He does stucco repairs, decking, fascia, siding, fencing, minor toilet repairs, painting, drywall repairs, pressure cleaning, door replacements, general cleaning of property and pool area. He is excellent and we are lucky to have him working with us.
