We currently do work for over 200 apartment communities in Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. "We Always Strive To Be The Best!" This is as true today as the day we started the business. From start to finish, these folks were excellent! I got my quote within a couple days of making contact, as they were extremely quick to respond! I was able to schedule the service within a week's time. The young lady that came out to do the work was professional, knowledgeable, quick and very meticulous! She has been doing this type of work for years, and it shows. The bathroom looks brand new, and we are extremely happy! I have recommended them to friends, and wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future.

They did an excellent job and would definitely recommend them. Mike set up everything and the woman who did the work really knew what she was doing. As others said, the odor is not pleasant, but it dissipated within 24 hours. I went outside while the work was being done. I was told to keep the door closed for 24 hours in the affected rooms. She came back the following day to finish up. The company was very accomodating to deal with, very polite and courteous. They were a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, I am pleased with the results. The 35 year old formica vanity with a "dappled elm" finish, now looks modern with a granite "look alike" countertop.1

Hi Tech came out and gave me a quote and stood by it. They wee on time, and cleaned up before they left
The supervisor came out the next day to finish the job and they were all professional. They explained what they were going to do and what we should not do.

The tub looks brand new and matches the bathroom - couldn't have turned out better!!! And the price was very reasonable, the staff is friendly and professional, everything was cleaned up when they were done. The only thing I was not ready for was the chemical smell. You cannot be in the house for a couple of hours when it is finished - due to the strong odor (and you shouldn't breathe it). I worked outside in the yard until the time was up. But don't let that stop you from having the service done- IT IS WELL WORTH IT!!! I have recommended them to friends and family and I would definitely use them again.

Donna showed up on time and masked the entire bathrooms so there would be no over spray. She even masked outside the bathroom so no overspray would afect nearby furniture. She was very polite, efficient and thorough. We were having two bathrooms done, and Donna was able to go from one to the other so her equipment needed only to be set up once. She warned us about the fumes and she was right; using the bathroom toilet was difficult.
When she finished she cleaned up everywhere and returned the next morning to inspect the work. We are very satisfied with the results. My only misgiving was doing two baths at the same time because of the smell, but the smell was gone within a few hours (opened windows and doors).
The total price was $300, but we got 10% off for using Angie's List.
Follow up:
After the clear coat dried I noticed that there were some rough spots in the finish in a small area. I called Hi Tech and Donna came back in a few days and told me it wasn't the finish, it was some other liquid that had dried on the surface. She took a wet rag and washed it off. Surface was like new again. I felt ridiculous but I highly recommend Hi Tech for their service and the commitment of their personnel and would use them again.

I used them 2 weeks ago. They went well. They refinished my bathtub. They were the only one that offered to look at the bathtub to be able to assess it. I was able to negotiate the price with them as well.

The whole experience was very positive. Mike, the owner, stop by to provide an estimate and discuss the options. We then scheduled a time for the work to be completed. The technician did an excellent job. The coverage was good and no overspray occurred. The rest of the bathroom was left unaffected. The next day the technician returned to caulk the tub and clean up all the paper and tape. All in all this was the best tub refinishing I have had. This is my third experience/first time with Hi Tech Refinishing. The tub looks like new. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I am thinking about having my tub and perhaps shower walls done at my current house.

We contacted Hi-Tech Refinishing along with 2 other companies we found on Angie's List for quotes based on their great reviews. Mike @ Hi-Tech was very friendly and thorough answering any questions we had and showing us several different options and offering opinions on what we should or shouldn't do. Hi-Tech came in with the lowest price of all and did a superb job. We have only had it for 2 weeks now but all of the surfaces look completely different and brand new. We couldn't be happier! :)

Very professional! Great experience. When speaking to the owner on the phone, when shopping for a contractor, we were very impressed by his knowledge and expertise. They showed up on time when they said they would, work was finished in few hours to our overall satisfaction and the owner came the next day to inspect the work and see if we are happy with the service provided. We will definitely use this company in the future.
