My pool pump and light were not working. I found a few pool companies online and called a few. As usual none showed up all with a story about why they didn't. Finally called Chris at Herndon Pool repairs and More and he called me right back. We worked out a time when he would come by and he showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Could not have been a better experience. I now have a pool company I can call and I know they will show up and do a good job. Call you will not be disapointed.

Excellent Service and Follow up. Chris went out of his way to find some parts for my old heater and get it up and running since was not in a position to buy a new gas heater. Very honest and upfront and a pleasure to work with.

They were competitively priced. Great customer service. The work was neat and they cleaned the area (concrete had to be broken). They were timely and did not stop until work was completed extremely happy with the work. Quality repair job.

Great service. Explain him the problem over the phone. Came to my place the following day. Did an assessment, made some changes to my pool settings and call me to let me know the changes with some recommendations. Said that if I want to keep the parts installed he will send me the bill otherwise he will come back and pick them up on the weekend. I did the recommended changes myself and told him to send me the bill for the parts installed. Excellent customer service, fast and knowledgeable. Will hire again for next pool project.

Chris from Herndon Pool repairs came out same day and did his best to salvage our spa heater. He emailed me next day with price to replace all parts or get new heater. We went with repair and replacement and he came on NYE so we’d have the hottub for our party! He did an amazing job, actually showed up and did as promised (very rare in south FL) and our heater works great! I will definitely be using him again in the future.
