I recently had windows and screens installed by GM Door Window and Screen, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their products and services. The windows are poorly made and have several defects, and the installation was sloppy and resulted in crooked windows. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times to have these issues resolved, but they have been evasive and uncooperative. To date, my complaints have not been addressed, and I am frustrated with the lack of attention and customer service from GM Door Window and Screen. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I am deeply disappointed with my experience with them.

They refused to even come out and look at the windows. They said that they don't do replacements.

It took about a year from the time we entered into a contract until they did the work. We called about every few months, and we were always told there was something else that needed to be done before the work could begin. Finally, when the work was done, it was not done in our opinion in a proper manner; no clean up, and a surrounding wall and window sill were damaged and not repaired.

Easy to schedule appointments and were on time for both visits. Called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Workman was exceptionally polite, professional, completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up work area, followed up with screen replacement as promised. Overall I was very pleased with the service and workmanship.

We found them to be reasonably priced, professional and courteous. The screens were completed in the time frame that was promised. I will definitely use them in the future for any type of screen or window work.

THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND THEY WERE RIGHT ON. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. THE GLASS IS SUPPOSED TO BE HURRICANE PROOF. THEY WERE HIGH IN PRICE BUT IF IT WORKS, ALL THE BETTER.
