2.We were very surprised to speak to a live agent the very first time as opposed to other agencies which will not answer or even call us back after leaving messages on answering machines
3. The rep was very enthusiastic and very professional and advised me from the beginning that it would only take a few minutes for him to gather the necessary information he needed in order to help me with different quotes.
4. He advised me that they work with many A rated companies and that they have been helping customers just like us with our insurance needs since 1988.
5. The call lasted more or less 10 minutes until he gathered all of my information , and than asked if he can call me back within a few minutes, as he would be doing some research to see what companies he would recommend.
6. I gave him my personal cell number , and told him that I needed coverage immediately and to please call me back the same d
7. Rep called me back within 20 minutes and said that he narrowed it down to two companies for us to compare and that they were both A+ and established for a long time
8. Before he went over the prices, he asked me about who was insuring our cars and our home because we may be able to qualify for multi product discounts.
9. He advised me to gather my car policies and home policy so that we can go over the coverages and to call him back.
10. I asked him for their office address so that I can pass by with all that information and that I should be there before the end of the afternoon.
11. I got there a few minutes past 4:00pm and met with the entire staff who greeted me as if they already knew who I was.
12. The rep ( N ), I don't want to mention names, was awesome, he had gathered all the information which we had spoken about and created a very nice presentation binder to present it to me.
13. I was not only saving money on my business insurance, but he was able to give me much better coverages on my home, cars and save me money there as well.
14. Freedom Insurance was awesome and my rep ( N ) is the best.

3. Rep was very friendly and listened very carefully to what I was looking for
4. After a few minutes of going over some questions, rep asked for me to hold
5. Was on hold for less than 2 minutes and rep came back with different options
6. Rep asked me about my personal car, home since I may qualify for discounts
7. I told rep that we had 2 cars and that we lived in Coral Gables
8. Rep asked me to gather my coverage information for my and my wife's car along with our homeowners policy
9. Rep went over the existing coverages, but recommended that as business owners we should have something different and higher coverages which I had no clue about
10. Apparently we were now under covered and he recommended some ideas
11. The coverages that he recommended were higher and our deductibles were lower , but more importantly the combined dollar amounts that it was going to cost me was less that what I had been paying for over 10 years
12. We compared 2 different A rated companies and at the end , decided to go with a highly rated insurance company and saved close to 20% to what I was previously paying..
13. I decided to personally go to their office in Fort Lauderdale and meet with their team and it was exactly what I envisioned that it was going to be when I spoke to them on the phone
