Computer Repair
Installation was done. The claimed to offer 24/7 service going forward.
First problem occurred on July 8, our server was down, and we had no access to our accounting system, and could not fulfill customer orders. We could not get hold of anyone at their support phone number, we left voice mails for about 4 hours. I had to fill in an information request on their website. Only then did they contact us. We finally got someone to help us, although they tried to avoid it by telling us their technicians were all busy.
This week we had other problems, we could access the server from a remote location. We called yesterday, and they promised to fix it. Nothing happened, so we called back today, and after about 5 calls they finally told us we had to make an appointment, and since they were already fully booked, they could only take care of us after hours.They ignored our request for help so far, and now we had to either pay premium $100 per hour to have a problem fixed, or wait 4 to 6 hours.
We are very disappointed in their service, which they claim to be 24/7. They do not pick up their phones, respond to messages or register appointments made with their technicians, although they recommend us to work directly with the technician.

The repairs went well. One person came out to work on the laptop and it took him about an hour and half. He was very knowledgable. He was on time and we had no problems at all. I would tell friends to expect prompt service and knowledgable staff. I would use their service again.
