I was told they needed to fix the screen. Dr Phone Fix it decided to not return my calls for several months and then they told me that the person I left the laptop with was on leave. After at least 10 calls, I finally received my laptop in worse condition then when I sent it in. Screws were missing, it was falling apart and my charger was nowhere to be found. It's shocking that this place is in business given its customer service and inability to handle customers. I should have known not to hire them because when I went in the store was always empty. Do not use them
