1) Carey Hana Won a competitive bid, but then he had not measured correctly so added 10% after the fact.
2) Despite clear instructions to ensure the sprinklers were set once the SOD was down, this was not done. No one checked and about 80% of the SOD died.
3) After 3 weeks of 2x per day watering, it is clear 2/3 of the lawn will not rebound and is dead. Now, instead of sucking it up like a reputable business person, Carey will not return calls, has not checked up on the property.
4) He demanded payment upfront. that should have been a red flag!.
Extremely disappointed.... not only in the shoddy work and lack of follow up, but then it is clear he will not stand by his work.
