Christina was a pleasure to work with and both me and my boyfriend highly recommended her to anyone. She came highly recommended by one of our friends and we have worked with her on two separate instances. Once when we were renting an apartment and now when we actually purchased one. Buying a property isn't simple or easy, however Christina was always there to ease the process and we are really grateful to her. From being very responsive at all times,responsible, caring and always on top of all the documents that had to be signed, submitted, proof read etc. to negotiating with a very difficult seller that we were dealing with. We have been in the new condo for a little less than a month and we couldn't be happier! A+

When the buyer for our house didn't get approved for their loan on the day of our closing she got them all set up with her lender and saved the deal. Our house closed a few weeks later!!! To top it off she is a pleasure to talk to and never made us feel pressured to lower our asking price or take a low offer.

Christina was absolutely amazing! She simultaneously helped us to sell our home and buy a new one with ease! The process was never stressful as she was always completely on top of everything! She was on time to every house showing (for our old home and new one), answered every single text and phone call I made to her (which was a lot), and just seemed to always be working on things in the background (so it was handled before I even called her). In addition, all of the contacts she suggested we use came through for us without issues. I can't recommend her enough and would definitely use her again in the future!

Christina is awesome and cares about her clients best interest. She is excellent helping with all real estate needs either from the buying or listing side. She also has all the best connections with regards to lender, home insurance, & closing title/attorney. Do yourself a favor and make sure to reach out to her before you decide on your agent.

I was on a tight deadline to find my new home. There were very specific features that I wanted and a specific area that I wanted snd there wasn't a lot available. Christiana worked tirelessly 6-7 days a week to find exactly what I was looking for. She worked around my schedule, not hers. She listened to what I wanted and didn't insist on showing me something that didn't meet my needs. When she found my home, she negotiated an excellent price for me and because of her work ethic and professionalism, we met my deadline! I would never use or recommend another realtor, because Christina is simply the best!

Hiring Christina was easily one of the best decisions we've ever made. From the moment we met her, we could tell that she was great at her job. We were so lucky to have been referred to Christina. I knew right away that she was going to be easy to deal with and trust which helped a lot since we were relocating from out of state and are first time homebuyers. We flew to Miami in May 2014 and she dedicated the entire week we were here to  help us find a home. I had my 10 mo old with us the entire time we were house hunting and she was so patient and great with him. He hated being in the car and would cry every time I had to put him in his car seat and she would reassure me that it was fine and help calm him down. I don't think any other realtor could have handled the situation any better. This was her first time dealing with a VA loan and she did her research to answer and questions and concerns we had. It took us a few showing because I need properties that can be rented right away but she is very patiant and always knows what's right for me. I've been doing business with Christina now for 3 years. She rents my properties and got me the last two. I hope she keeps going what she does so I can be with her asking as I'm in the real state business because I need her and won't change her for no one.
