The work has taken a bit longer than discussed, we sign contract and provided the initial funds October 2018 and it is only the last few months that the equipment was delivered, and it is not yet connected; but the work was very well done, Ariel was very responsive, responsible and delivered all that was promised. An outstanding generator installation even in the midst of hurricanes Harvey and Irma and difficulty in obtaining parts and propane, Ariel persevered and we were installed with a portable generator which runs the entire house. He and his electricians are professional, courteous and did not give up even with this difficult job. I would hire this company without reservations. All steps of the project were completed perfectly and on the day he said they would occur. Even living in Coral Gables with all its required inspections for each step, he completed the installation in the time frame promised; in fact, it was finished 2 days before Hurricane Irma hit and I lost FPL power for 5 days but you would never have known it. Everything in my house ran as normal, including the central AC, and when I needed to refill the propane tank, the company he set me up with was right there for me. He is an extremely conscientious. hard working, professional, and honest man who takes pride in his work and I highly recommend him.

Just had my 6551 model installed by Alpha & Omega Solutions here in So. Fla. If you are looking to buy a Generac generator in this area, do not bother calling anyone else. Ariel Musibay is honest & reliable, 2 qualities neither of which is found in abundance in this area. Believe me! I called 3 other companies: the first gave me a quote, then said he put it on the wrong form & gave me a higher price. Then said he'd match another bid. The other 2 were equally as bad. Ariel's gas & electric subs are extremely professional & everything was left cleaner than when they started. He gave me more than anyone else, and his bid was better than anyone else! With hurricane Matthew upon us, they were quick to respond to my request and worked with me on very short notice to get my generator serviced and up and running within 14 hours of my service call!! Technician kept me informed through call and text messages of his time of arrival and small delay. Very professional, very personable, wet above and beyond to teach me and gave me tips on my unit. Outstanding service overall, will definitely use their services again and refer clients to them!
