JR installed my AC in 10/2016. Since then unit had some major problems and it has been hard to reach JR for any service. Most recently American Standard requested the invoice for the installation. I spoke to JR last week, which he was supposed to send by end of the day but he hasn't done it. He is unreachable over the phone. It's a small company with one employee run out of garage, this business will not be available if you have AC issues.

He is totally amazing. I also had him serviced in my office just now. He didn’t charge me for the first call out here because it was so minor and he felt bad. He said he’s not going to charge me. When he came back out to service the whole unit, the unit wasn’t draining properly. When my unit doesn’t drain, it shuts down. He came and he was an extremely nice gentleman. He was a very, very nice gentleman. He will be the only person I’d call.

My old AC unit was having to run all the time basically to keep my house cool when very hot using a lot of energy, decided to replace the unit before it just died on me in the middle of the hot Florida summer. I wanted American Standard as Consumer Reports has it rated at the top and had been told they were very expensive, I got the quote from Joseph LoManto and he actually quoted me a lower price than for other brands with similar features. Decided to go with his quote, on the day of the install he showed up at my house with a worker and they completed the entire replacement job the same day. I was very happy with the work performed and with the operation of the unit so far, as well as the energy savings and level of comfort in the house after the new unit was put it. I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them. 
Only reason I gave them a B on responsiveness, I had to call Joe a couple of times to confirm that we were on for the replacement as I would not hear from Joe to confirm, I understand that he is very busy but still, you need to keep contact with all your customers. I try to be as fair as possible and is obvious Joe tries very hard, so I still gave them a B on that but an A for everything else.

Fantastic. JR is extremely professional and demonstrates very high attention to detail. He explains everything to us thoroughly. He is always very responsible and shows up to appointments precisely on time. He has always given us the best of advice. We have recommended his services to all of our friends and family. If you need an AC guy, JR is your man!

Joe took my call at 7:30 Friday night. He asked the right questions and tried to help over the phone. Joe said if I don't mind he will take care of dinner and then come out. A man of his words he showed at 8:30 and was able to get our a/c running. I will use Joe again. Great contractor and honest.

Joseph LoManto is a great A/C specialist!  We used him two times to acid-wash two different central A/C units at our home.  Joe is easy to deal with, his prices are very fair and reasonable, and best of all, Joe is a man of his word!  We never hesitate to refer to him to anyone who needs A/C repair.  He always gets the job done and is very neat and clean about it.  Joe is one of those reliable repair people who you always feel comfortable using and referring.  He deserves an A rating! 

He arrived in the morning and began to take out the old unit.  With an assistant he was able to remove the outside part of the unit and the inside part of the unit.  This took all day as he indicated it would.  He also replaced the brace underneath the AC unit as it was wood and rotted out.  He put in metal braces.  This was a great improvement over the wood.  He routed the drain out from underneath the unit to in front of it where it was easier to get at.  It was a good install.  I am very happy with what he did and how he did it.

I have been using Alpine Air for YEARS !!! Joseph is such a good soul and honest professional. I trust his work. Everytime he comes to my rescue to my old AC he always fixes the problem without costing me too much money. Unlike some other AC companies that does everything by the book, like charge by the book, service by the book, Joseph is flexible with price and service. He will fix the problem looking at its all possibilites before giving up on it. I don't think most companies do that. And if they do there is a tag price on everything they touch or do.  Joseph will not do that. He charges for what is fair. That is hard to find these days since most companies are all about the $$.I highly recommend ALPINE AIR. You won;t be disappointed!! He was prompt, professional, and when I can get the $4000 to get a new air conditioner, I will definitely call him.

He fixed the AC so it would work although we did discuss that it would probably need to be replaced at some point because the unit is over 25 years old. It has been running great and I am looking to replace it soon and will call him again.

I changed my A/C motor a few weeks ago and total cost of visit, a new motor and work time $ 250. Then my A/C started to act weird and it wasn't cooling enough considering the heat these past few days and some ice was forming on my unit, the Freon was low and I had a small leak - remember - my old A/C. Joseph came over again (two days ago) and replenished the Freon at no charge. I love this guy. If you need a handy, trustworthy and honest A/C man he is your man!
