Poor quality lawn service. Their service claims to include shrub trimming, edging, and bed weeding but they are in and out in 9 minutes leaving grass growing over landscape borders, grass blown into the mulch, and hedges overgrown. They even chopped up some ornamental plants with a weed eater. After repeated emails to customer service and being assured the issues would be addressed the poor service continued. Now my hard work on my landscape is ruined. All they do is ride through on a mower, blow off the sidewalk, and leave.

Horrible! They scalped the lawn when mowing. Over sprayed landscape weeds that it ran into yard killing the grass. The lawn team that sprays the grass had such weak solution that it never killed weeds in yard. I pulled weeds that had 4-5" of root growth because they didn't do their job

We have been using Your Green Team for about 5 years now for their pesticide and fertilizer services. Most recently, we called for an in house service to battle some carpenter ants. Tyler was the representative and he was very thorough with the treatment plan and explanation.

Don't believe those 5 star ratings and Do NOT hire this company! It took only about 4 weeks for them to kill a perfectly healthy lawn that we maintained on our own for 20+ years. Our ENTIRE lawn has been reduced to straw and the only green now is the multitude of weeds that have grown up through it. No one has bothered to respond to repeated calls and no longer even answer our calls. The only alternative appears to be small claims court to cover the expense of replacement. This company is the worst and completely unprofessional.

STAY AWAY! WILL NOT SHOW UP OR RETURN MESSAGES. I was a customer for 10 years, they slacked with their service and let chinch bugs eat my yard, when I started calling and emailing it took 3 weeks to get a service call, and they charged me for it. Now I'm left with dead grass to replace myself , they told me to wait 3 months and it might come back. When I complained too much they cancelled my service. Chicken sh*t move.

The Green Team has totally turned my lawn around.It's now green and almost weed free. Service is excellent!! They always inform you when your next application is due. I also use their pest control service, done quarterly. I've never seen a bug around or in my house. The service team of Nain Jr&Jakob, are very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend the Green Team for your lawn care & pest control.

This company is a joke. My grass is worse than it was before they started doing the treatments. All of the techs blame the previous one and say they will leave a note for the next one. Yet, my newly sodded grass is completely dead. I called to canceled they said it would take 24-48 hours to get a phone call back to confirm the cancellation because it’s a 2 step process. This was 4 days ago. I called they said someone will return the call. A “manager” contacted me back today at 4:44pm. When explaining my frustration, she decided to disconnect the call. When I called back they were closed because of the holidays they close at 445. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I requested certain days for service since I work night shift. What happened? They come during my work week and wake me up during the day. I went to cancel service, the representative asked me why, I told her, and she says they can't guarantee certain days for service which is complete BS since literally any other company allows you to book not only certain days, but right down to the exact date. On top of that, they don't appreciate negative reviews. I wrote a review on one of their posts and instead of contacting me to try resolving the issue, they deleted the comment and blocked me from making comments and messaging them. They are as dishonest as they come and do whatever they can to hide their unprofessionalism.

This company destroyed my lawn and sprinkler system. They damaged me fence gate but running equipment in it and breaking pieces off. They ran over a fiber optic cable and that caused an internet outage. I paid extra for them to trim bushes and kill weeds. They never did any of these services until I had to ask about them. Because of this, a flag got destroyed because it got caught in a bush and shredded. When I reached out about my issues, I was ignored. The company as a whole is careless and unprofessional

Green Team is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are highly unprofessional, do not show up for their appointments after calling and saying they will be there the next day, do not complete treatments that you are paying for while encouraging you to not be there so you won't notice. I paid for 3 lawn services, lawn, flower beds and pests and after 3 months and had no noticable improvement and the bugs were actually worse than before they started. Their employee (AJ is extremely rude). Management does not return calls even after leaving 2 messages for a return call. . Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time, or money, with this company. First company I have ever fired.

My yard had some very dead spots that were 8 foot by 8 foot in size. With their lawn treatment they have been filling in nicely. I just had the Aeration done because my lawn was very spongy. Brandon and the Techs that have serviced my home have always done a great job. I get notified when they are en route and I get an e-mail when the service is complete with all of the notes from the Tech. This usually includes recommendations. Brandon took the time to really explain my lawn and the treatment that they were applying. I felt like I understood what is and what can happen to my lawn. I am very happy with their service. I would recommend. They are a small local company that needs are support.

First visit (which was late), they damaged several of my plants, missed major sections and scratched up my vinyl fence. They apologized and came back a week later. This time, they finished killing my plant in the back yard; severed it right at the base. I, reasonably, asked for a refund and to be reimbursed for the plant they destroyed. I was told it was my fault because I should have had mulch around the plants so they wouldn't hit them and they refused to refund. They did offer to replant another plant. I refused because, obviously, they cannot be counted on to use care and courtesy with other people's property. Based on the condescension in Raoul's voice and the complete lack of customer service or concern, I do not recommend this company.

They came on a Thursday. It (the cost) is $95 a month. It think it is overall structure. When I called in the service they said they would do the service, but I don't think they allot for each of the specialties. This was the first time on the property so they were not able to clean debris from the hedges. They were not prepared for the amount of work they needed to do so I am hoping that this week when they come they do a better job. I am going to wait and see.

Do yourself a favor and use one of the many other yard companies. Various shrubs died while they were supposed to be taking care of the yard and shrubs. Shrubs went untrimmed, grass got very thin and died out. Basically, I would ask them to do something, and it did not get done. The people they had to do the work changed regularly and even if the original person was told something, the next time it would be a different person who had no idea what you wanted done. I got tired of them not returning calls, not performing the services, so I finally, after being a long term customer, left. Since they hadn't performed the services, I deducted a small amount from the final bill I paid. They went after me with a collections agency. Be careful with this company so you don't get your credit ruined. I did pay the collections, the first time in my life that a collections company ever went after me, just to keep my credit good. You can do far better elsewhere.

I used Green Team for several years (not through Angie's List), starting when they were Complete Landcare, then split off to be Green Team. They no longer have a manager on premises. They did not take care of my shrubs. I lost many shrubs due to their negligence. They are a typical mow and blow operation. Quick in and out. They cut the grass and are gone. Due to their lack of service with my shrubs, I fired them. I deducted money from my final check because they didn't service the shrubs. I asked them many times to take care of the shrubs, cut out some small parts of the grass so the sprinklers could poke out and water the grass. They didn't do that. I got tired of their lack of attention to the things that needed to be done. I felt that they didn't earn their money. They sicced a collection agency on me. Just to stop the harassment, I paid the $51.25 which would have been due for payment if they had done the work. Don't hire them, you won't be happy with their work. Your grass and plants will appreciate it if you hire someone else.

I had1,300 sq ft. of BEAUTIFUL sod installed in May of 20012, IMMEDIATELY hired The Green Team to begin  ALL monthly service treatments. Yes, small area....$30 a month. Watered as THEY suggested, and within 10 months......DEAD!
TERRIBLE company, expressed my problems on 3 occasions to Shane.....DID NOTHING!
Constant excuses, spent VERY little time on my yard. Tried for 10 months, then STOPPED their service!
Now, going to install rubber mulch and FORGET "Green Team"!!
Would NEVER use this company again....EVER!!!!!

Overall, do not use this service unless you agree to services being conducted seemingly with or without your permission. Customer service is great if you are in agreement with them. 
In approximately Jan 2013, a Green Team representative came to my house and informed me that they can provide lawn services if I was interested. The representative told me that they offered a free month of service and that they were no contract, no obligation. 
I informed the Green Team representative that I was already gathering estimates for lawn care and that I was not trying to get into any contracts or obligations until I could adequately check out the company because I was already ripped off once by a contractor. The representative told me that they were no contract no obligation and that the Green Team could do a free lawn service for me and they are confident that I will like the service and want them to come back. I said ok, I signed a form authorizing the green Team to do the free service on my lawn. At any point, nor on the agreement was I aware that the Green Team would continue services beyond the free application. The green team provided the first application the next day and left a bill for $60 on my door. I called the Green Team and informed them that the service was supposed to be free and I received a call saying that they would credit the account and yes the service was supposed to be free. So no issues at this point.
On 19 Feb, 2013, I came home from work and found a bill on my door for $60 and the Green Team pickets in my yard saying they completed service and I had to pay a bill of $60 for services. I called the Green Team on Feb 20, 2013 and left a message. On Feb 21, 2013, a representative named Kayla returned the call and I expressed that I didnt know why I received a bill because I didn't agree to services beyond the free application and I was informed that this was a no contract deal. She also told me that she will update my account to a "call ahead" a day before they come out and that she would let the owner know to give me a call.  I informed her that I dont want the service, so they need to cancel my account. Shortly after, the owner, Shane Carlson called, I was explaining to him how I felt about the services and felt that it was a misrepresentation of what was put out to me. Initially he was nice, but became rude throughout the conversation, trying to cut me off honestly I think because he did not want to hear what I had to say. I expressed the following points:
1. I wanted to get a copy of my signed agreement showing that I authorized the Green Team for continued services and the duration of non contractual services. Shane told me that when I agreed to the Free treatment, I was agreeing to "follow on services, but it was not a contract." I asked what the duration was, and he did not specify nor agreed to provide a copy of the signed agreement. Shane offered to send someone out to talk about the issue, but that was not going to solve the issue, I wanted a copy of the signed agreement showing that I agreed for the Green Team would come out to do services on my lawn in Feb 2013.
2. I felt that the information provided was a misrepresentation of services and I did not intend to pay for something that I did not authorize. No one out there is going to pay for something they did not authorize. If I knew from the get go that I would be obligated to so many months (to which to date I dont even know), then I would not have signed up with the Green Team until I fully checked out their credibility and reviews. So shame on me for not checking Angies List first before agreeing to the free service. I informed Shane I feel that I have to leave a negative review on Angies List and BBB because I felt the services were misrepresented as free and no contract, when in fact there is some sort of obligation involved that was not told to me. I informed the Green Team that I wish to dispute this. 
I initially agreed to the service because it was a no obligation, which would give me time to look at the lawn to see if there was any improvment. I did not call the Green Team back to date, because I found a large dead patch on my lawn while mowing that was not there prior to service. No other company did any work on my lawn, nor did I apply anything to my lawn. I am not sure if the Green Team is responsible, so I didnt make a fuss about this, but was not sure if I should hire them again. I am not out on my lawn either and the lawn gets watered twice per week in over 20 zones using an automatic sprinkler system. 
In the end, if Shane was at least willing to listen and offer to provide the authorization where I "supposedly agreed to services for some unknown duration," then I would be willing to give the Green Team another chance and pay the bill if in fact I owed it. I know what I was told and think that Shane took things personal because  Shane said that they are an "ethical company" and the represenative that came to my door initially was his son. I never accused him of being unethical. His son was a nice kid, but did not inform me that I had a follow on obligation, which to me is a contract or at least an agreement. Shane was not there and his son did not tell me this, otherwise I would not be upset because then I expected to have follow on service and be required to pay the cost of the service. No one in the world will agree to pay for something they did not authorize. The last thing Shane said on the phone was "I will credit your account $60, close your account because I don't want your business and that his company was not unethical." Shane hung up. So, to top things off, the customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this company at all. I am glad though that I did not have to pay for the service, but the way this happened was so rude and unprofessional.

Copies of all e-mails, pics and other records are gathered and maintained to present to proper authorities.  The company has been informed that their "services" are no longer desired.  I am elated that my account is closed with them and grateful to several individuals at the local building/construction retailer (Home Depot) who patiently and professionally provided me advisement and solutions for my lawn care.  Recovery of my lawn will take time, but now; independent of "Green Team," I have become more knowledgeable.
