Wayne arrived early on both days of the project, eager to get started. He and his partner went right to work, efficiently laying the thin set and tile the first day, and the grout the second day (to allow the thinset to dry thoroughly). They kept to themselves and didn't require any extra guidance or direction, which I appreciate. The floor turned out BEAUTIFULLY and looks just like natural wood flooring. Wayne took extra care to ensure the tiles were randomly laid in various lengths so that it looked just like a wood floor pattern. We are very pleased!
