 + -1 moreWayne arrived early on both days of the project, eager to get started. He and his partner went right to work, efficiently laying the thin set and tile the first day, and the grout the second day (to allow the thinset to dry thoroughly). They kept to themselves and didn't require any extra guidance or direction, which I appreciate. The floor turned out BEAUTIFULLY and looks just like natural wood flooring. Wayne took extra care to ensure the tiles were randomly laid in various lengths so that it looked just like a wood floor pattern. We are very pleased!
Description of Work: We asked wayne to put down new tile over the existing terrazzo in the den in our house. We selected tiles that were longer and thinner than regular tile and looked like wood flooring. The job required that the tiles be put extremely close together to give the illusion of wood flooring. Wayne gave a quick and thorough estimate after getting precise measurements of the room. We had already bought the tile and grout, so Wayne provided the thinset and the labor.
