Framing Service
Von helped select mat color and frame style. Photos ready when expected, was notified by Von by e-mail, as requested. Framed photos shown to us, then wrapped for us. We hung photos at home and discovered that one did not have anti-reflective glass. We took both photos back the next day and explained the problem. Von told us that anti-reflective glass is one-sided, so the job of turning the glass over was done on the spot. Photos were re-wrapped, and one was carried to the car for us. Received lots of verbal apologies! Von is very nice and friendly (he is not the owner). The framed photos are lovely.
