David, the owner was originally hired to adjust some sprinkler heads. He did that within a service call. He also made a suggestion when he noticed that a specific area wasn’t getting proper coverage. At no point did I feel and pressure from him at all but since his price was very reasonable we set a date for him to come back and add a head and move another one to a better location. I’m very pleased with his work and the coverage is much better in that area. I have had other sprinkler companies come out and instead of modifying what I have for 45+years they insisted I needed a whole new system. So, whether you want a new system or just an update on an old one, David is honest, his pricing is reasonable and he will work with you to solve your problems.

I called Upkeep as I wanted a system review and tune up. David came out and reviewed the system and my yard. We are headed into summer and I wanted to be sure my system was giving proper coverage. David found a couple of bad heads and some heads needing adjustments or realignment. Great service, very knowledgeable about Florida lawns. Pricing was very fair, doing business with Upkeep Irrigation was a pleasure. I'm sure I will call on them again!

David, did great work. was very knowledgeable and professional. The first time he came to do work it was very last minute do to sod being laid done. David went above and beyond to come by my house to make sure the area that was sodded was going to be watered. After the hurricane debris was picked up he came back and fixed all the broken heads for a great price and in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend David and Upkeep Irrigation.

Upkeep Irrigation is a nice, local, family owned business. David was very prompt in answering our call. We had busted pipes, sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced, and programming of our sprinkler system, among other things and everything was repaired very well.
