 + -1 moreI feel like I am wasting my time emailing them repeatedly at this point. A professional would at least send an email back if they weren't interested in working with someone...they don't seem capable of doing that. Additionally, I am a veteran. The owner is supposedly a veteran as well, however, there definitely doesn't seem to be any special considerations or attention to other vets which is sad.
Description of Work: I had applied for a mortgage through Plant City Mortgage. They informed me that I was preapproved for a mortgage pending the two year point of my bankruptcy being discharged. They told me that they'd wait until the 2 year date and repull my credit (mid-May this occurred), however, if I paid them $210 they would do a rapid rescore after making a few changes to my credit. I had to ask three times over 2 months to get my money order back (wouldn't you think they would just send it back without asking?). They then informed me, after a decent amount of time already having my information, that they looked at my taxes and because of some unreimbursed business expenses, I'd only be able to get up to a certain amount approved. I informed them that I needed to get someone else on the loan with me, which they asked for the information from the other individual. It took me awhile to get the new information from this other person, but I kept Plant City Mortgage apprised of what was going on the whole time. When I finally got the information that was needed, they didn't email or call me back.

Nate, Sherri, and everyone else at Plant City Mortgage worked hard to find a program that would work for me and now I am a happy customer. I would like to send a big "thank you" for your hard work and doing something for me that no other mortgage broker was able to do.
