I left a voice mail after hours on Saturday and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. They were able to come to the house on Tuesday. They called Tuesday morning to keep me up-to-date and they actually arrived ahead of schedule. They replaced two broken hinges and inspected the rest of the garage door to make sure it was safe. Even though I still have the original garage door on a 29-year old house, they didn't try to sell me a brand new door as the solution to a broken hinge. No tricks, no gimmicks. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to a friend.

They replaced a spring for me a few years ago and did great. I called them for a door opener that was dead. They did troubleshooting and determined i needed a new opener. They had it on the truck and finished install very quickly and we are very pleased with service and products.

I got an immediate phone call after leaving a voice mail for a return call. These guys came on time for their scheduled appointment. I called because my clicker would not open or close the garage door.. When the panel for the motor of the garage door opened, it was found that the circuit board had to be replaced. They did order a new one and I was not charged for the initial service call. They came back about a week later with a new board and once installed the garage door opened and closed with my clicker. They also lubricated the springs and sliders. My total cost for two visits and a new circuit board was only $160.

Fantastic job! We damaged our garage door on thanksgiving rendering it inoperable and us trapped in the house. Straight up got out to us the Friday after thanksgiving and fixed the door so we could use it. Then they arrived today (one week later) to replace it. They were great working with us to find a door that fit our budget but was still an upgrade. One of my favorite companies to work with. Highest recommendation.

It was difficult for them because I had a special size doors but they made it work and doors work properly. Oversized 2 car garage door and a single. The installer told me if I had any trouble he would be back to adjust. I’ve had no issues.
