I have been a customer of yours in excess of ten years, perhaps closer to 15. Your company has provided professional, quality and experienced lawn care service not only to me at my current residence, but also at my previous residence. I was always pleased with the product, application planning, and chemical mixtures utilized and applied at the “proper times” during the entire year. Your company has continued to grow and grow! I remember when your business was just a start-up and your base of operations was merely a 2000 square foot metal shed with five service trucks in your fleet. Back then your home office was located in the woods off of Bloomingdale Ave in Brandon. I was confident that when one of “my postal customers” inquired as to the best lawn service company in the area, I always replied, “Hands down, S&O Greenworks” and I recommended they call (813)685-5959 for a beautiful lawn! My referrals to many of “my customers” would result in a beautiful lawn should they elect to give you and your team members a chance to revitalize their lawns! I will say that I ALWAYS advised any of the customers I referred that “S&O Greenworks can effectively transform a struggling lawn or act as a good steward for a new lawn, IF ONLY the customer will follow the instructions left at the door after each lawn servicing and PROPERLY WATER their St. Augustine lawns adequately!” I would tell them that if they didn’t have a properly functioning sprinkler system, all the efforts of S&O Greenworks would be futile and without proper watering, the customer’s lawn would not change! I wanted to write to you to let you know that you, your team of office staff and your lawn service technicians, especially Lawn Technician, Trent and his assistants, have ALWAYS taken excellent care of my lawn here in Brandon. Thankfully, since I am now retired, I have the pleasure of speaking to Trent on most of his monthly visits. He is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS goes above and beyond, in my opinion, to ensure that “his lawns” look green and healthy! Whenever I have an area of interest or concern, Trent is quick to assure me that he is “on it” and he takes his job as one of your team members very seriously! He is passionate about his customers and their lawns! During our discussions, it is my opinion that Trent truly believes that “each lawn he services is a direct reflection on his professionalism and is a product of his ongoing education and efforts!” He enjoys and promotes good communication and feedback with his customers as their understanding of the practices and efforts of Trent and his assistant benefit both the customer and the lawn technicians as the lawn grows stronger and healthier. Had major insect problem in kitchen, upon returning home from hospital. Called S & O to see if i could receive expedited treatment. They were able to schedule for 2 days later Tech arrived on time and immediately went to work applying thorough treatments throughout the premises as well as outside areas. Will be using annual program of 4 treatments. Have used lawn fertilization services for the last two years with good results and healthy looking lawn.

It's been good so far. S&O has performed three treatments and my lawn is recovering from the bugs that began to destroy my lawn.

Excellent. Had used S&O at a previous home and when we moved to our new home we called and they continued the awesome service we had at our previous home.

After moving to a new home, we wanted to have someone fertilize and treat the lawn for weeds, pests and diseases. We solicited quotations from three companies. The owner of S & O Greenworks came to our home, walked the property with me and described the problems he saw and what his firm would do to try to improve the condition of the lawn. He was very professional, knowledgeable and provided what we feel was the best and most cost effective treatment plan of the three companies. We scheduled our first treatment. Two technicians arrived as scheduled and treated the lawn, as well as our shrubs. They were very thorough, treating the entire property without missing areas, as had been a problem with other companies at our former home. It will take several weeks to see if the treatment has been effective, but we are satisfied with their performance thus far.

Very well. Eric was very knowledgeable. He even came back out in between service times to check how things were going. The office staff is also great . I would highly recommend S&O Greenworks.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this fantastic company. Steve, Eric, and Paul are top-notch professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge along with outmatched customer service to the table. Since I began working with them about a year ago, they have always kept me informed as to what they are doing with my lawn and how I can help make it the best it can be. When I was having trouble with some new landscaping I had installed, Eric spoke with me for almost 20 minutes on the phone to discuss the issues in detail. After that conversation, Steve (the owner of the company) made a personal trip to my house, walked the perimeter with me, and discussed the issues with me for almost a full hour. He gave me a detailed plan, and my plants are looking better already. To say that S&O Greenworks adds value has been an understatement in my case. I recommend them without hesitation.

They are great, assigned service technician is very responsive, yards looks great, they tackle small issues before they get serious. Have used other companies like the Dr company and the Green company, none are even close to these guys

Paul has been my service tech for years now, which provides consistency.  He services more than one property for me, is knowledgeable and responsive.  On rare occasion, if I have a concern with any aspect of the service, the owner Steve will come out personally and spend as much time as needed to answer questions and tackle any difficult pest challenges.  They are good at what they do, are very personable, and take care of their customers...would recommend to anyone.

When we started using them, our lawn was in pretty sad shape.  We had just moved into new construction and simply forgot to arrange for fertilizing service.  Paul came out and explained thoroughly what he could do to make it look beautiful.  That same day treated our lawn and within one week the lawn looked amazing.  A little TLC with someone who knows what they are doing goes a long way and now our lawn looks Perfect! 

They are always here when they say they will be here, they take their time and do the job right, they always make suggestions regarding watering times and general lawn care and always make sure we are happy with the condition of the lawn. 

S & O Greenworks provides regular monthly landscape chemical services for our home. That includes fertilization, insect control, disease control, and fungus control for our lawn, shrubs, and palm trees.
Their technicians arrive like clockwork, and you always know which technician is working for you any particular month, because they always sign their work.
We've had several other chemical service providers during our 10 years in this house, and all have failed us ? including the big-name providers you all know. S & O Greenworks is the first one to bring our lawn, trees, and shrubs back to health. Everything looks so green now!
After each treatment, the technician will take time to explain everything they did, if you'd like. Otherwise, they will always leave a handwritten explanation of everything they did to maintain your landscape, and everything that you should do to follow up (such as a suggested watering schedule). They also drop off their newsletter, which features timely tips for that month specifically directed at your type of landscape.
S & O Greenworks are by far the most professional at what they do, and the green results speak for themselves!
