+ -1 moreCalled to see if they would manage a home I had in Auburndale. Receptionist gave me his email to contact him since he was out of office due to holiday. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Just a quick acknowledgement of my inquiry would have been appreciated. Or, his sec'y could have contacted him to get a response.

+ -1 moreRon Johns has done a phenomenal job in a very short period of time. They have removed tenants that have been delinquent with rent and replaced them with more reliable renters. Workmen were provided to clean up the property to make it more presentable. Ron Johns knowledge and list of resources available is very exhaustive making the process for choosing contractors very easy. I highly recommend the company and their staff for their expertise. Ron Johns Property Management makes the job seem effortless.
