DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY---WARNING!!! Approx 4 months to improve the lawn and no results after paying approx. $200 for treatments. We received every excuse in the book about how it was the fault of our lawn mowing service and that they were tearing the grass up and the next time it was bugs and the next time was too much water and the next time it was not enough water and then it was a fungus and then it was because it was not getting cut twice a week instead of just once and on and on and on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will use excuses to stall you and stall you to pay more money and your lawn will never get any better. I tried and tried to talk to the owners (Oscar) over and over and all he wanted to do was give excuses and argue with us to make us think there was nothing wrong, even though the lawn is a disaster. Now they just left me hanging after I paid this last bill and said they are not going to do our lawn anymore because they can’t fix it. Completely unprofessional - do no use this company!! Tried to upload photos for this but upload tool here is not working.

Every attempt was made to help this customer happy. He did not want to do his part and just wanted to argue. His lawn was in bad shape when we started. Told him there where areas that would need renovations. Did not want to help. Wanted us to do everything for him. Even services we didn't offer. He wanted a personal gardener. Lawn was full of chinch bugs when we started, plants where covered in bugs and disease, he had chlorine damage from draining pool and had a big mower on small property. We tried to explain to him it was a team effort and we all needed to do our part. I personally went out to meet with him and reason with him as well as put a game plan together to improve property and he just wanted to argue. Mr. was very rude and contradicted everything I had to say and even belittled my company. That was when I sent him and email that it was just better to part ways.John G.

Recently hired but I am pleased so far. I have had at least four other providers and all disappointed me. Oscar is very responsive and has helped me with other lawn issues, e.g. sprinkler repairs. He recommended a provider who did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I will continue to use R&O for lawn care and pest control. He provides service at both of my properties - 5906 Beaconpark Street and 6212 Gannetdale Drive.

It could not have gone any better and R &O could not have been more responsive. I was freaking out when I saw the live termites all over my bathroom and the wood that they had destroyed. The damage was extensive and I had no clue the termites were even there. If my tile guy hadn't done his demo and found these termites they would've eaten my entire house. Roger got here quickly and explained everything I needed to know about termites to me in detail. He really set my mind at ease and assured me he could take care of things today, so my project wouldn't fall behind schedule. I will be using R & O for my ongoing termite control and intend to switch my other jobs over to them as well. It's so nice dealing with people who are honest and responsive to your needs. Description of Work
My tile guy was demolishing my master bath and found thousands of live termites and extensive termite damage. I called R & O and Roger came out immediately to take a look and give me a bid. He was very thorough in his explanation of termites, their habits, and how to get rid of them. He coordinated with my tile guy about what needed to be done before additional work proceeded. Since timing was crucial, Roger actually waited for the tile guy to finish for the day and then treated the entire area. He will come back in a couple of days to trench and do the outside termite treatment. I was very impressed and pleased.
