They left parts up in our attic. They are lower cost, but their quality is a little lower. If they are the lowest price, I may consider them again. My wife would grade them lower, she wasn't happy with them. When you have someone who is much higher, except for price, it is kind of hard to compete with the better ones.

"Response: When this system was installed, the owner wanted to replace a 2nd unit which had a freon leak. What they failed to mention, is that we put freon in the 2nd unit to keep them cool during the summer months without a charge. (free) The statement of left parts in the attic was due to our trucks were full and we ask permission to leave it there, because in 2 weeks he wanted the other system to be replace and we informed him, if he didn't mind we would remove the remaining item out of the attic..(which, he did not call). Now, he signed his invoice as being satisfied. I even went as far as registering his equipment through Trane, so he would receive a 10 yr manf. warranty instead of 5 yrs.. he acknowledge that he would do it.. but, at the deadline - he had not! So, as a courtesy again we reg. it for him.. Not, to say that he wanted us to drive back to his home to satisfy the invoice 2 hours after the job was complete..we ended up having to meet him to satisfy the invoice."

I know the guy real good, as he has done work for me before. The power company said that I should have my air handler cleaned,, but Owen came and told me that he could take it apart, but it is 26 years old, and it won't be right, so we just had it replaced. I am sure it will make a big difference in my power bill.They were here when they said they would be here.
