He is my handyman and I'm not going to used him again. I paid for advance and he is no show

"Ma'am,you contacted us about removing a rotted deck from your house,we arrived and removed all that was to the deck! We raked and blew off any and all debris that was accumulated during the process, once we left you called back about some bricks that you wanted removed as well! We had already loaded what you've asked,tied down,and left the job site..we are more than happy to make our clients feel satisfied,but not when you call and curse me and my guys out,you Ma'am could have handled it alot more respectfully!"
