I made the initial payment on December 6, 2024. The contractor started work on or around December 11, 2024. Since then he has only completed old floor removal and less than half of the subfloor. He has not supplied materials that I have paid for and does not show up for work. The subfloor plywood was rejected material, once I saw this I rejected it from my project.

I would not recommend them since my backsplash was not completed as described by them. Unfinished drywall was unsightly. I texted him that I was dissatisfied. He sent an invoice. We did not pay at first. Then he wanted more money we paid on the condition he would return. Every time he cancelled. Still incomplete.
