carpet installation
 + -1 moreI tried numerous carpet sales businesses but found no one interested in binding a small piece. The company we bought our wall-to-wall carpet from recommended Franklin's. They were courteous and prompt. We got one day service, they were very reasonably priced, and, most importantly, the bound rug looks great.
Description of Work: Binding 5 x 3 remnants for mat inside front door.
