He is a great guy! He provided the service (Stucco) on an older home - looked old, and now with repairs - improved and reinstated the damage to the original look. His craft is maybe obsolete - but I could not believe it could be done, and it now looks good, and still looks good the first day he did it. Would definitely be higher again, his prices are fair, he showed up on time and we were both thankful.
